Voice:- Voice is that form of the verb which shows whether the subject does the activity or has the activity been done to the subject.
Kinds of Voice:-
Active Voice:- A verb is said to be in the active voice when its form shows that the person or thing denoted as the subject does the activity.
Ex:- The peon opened the gate.
Passive Voice:- A verb is said to be in the passive voice when its the form shows that the activity is done to the person or thing denoted as the subject.
Ex:- The gate was opened by the peon.
Conversion of Active into Passive Voice:-
Step1:- Use the subject of the Active Voice as the object and the object of the Active Voice as the subject.
Step2:- Always use the third form of the verb in the passive voice.
Step3:- Put preposition 'by' after the third form of the verb.
Step4:- Helping verbs in the passive voice:-
Change the subject of the Active Voice into the object of the pronoun:-
Ex:-

Note:- The passive form of the Future Continuous Tense and Perfect Continuous Tense is not used.
